Mission

We support substantive and economically justified actions aimed at development, investments, as well as optimal use of the resources of enterprises and the public sector in Poland and in the world.

Vision

We want to be a platform for constructive, substantive and mutually beneficial dialogue between entrepreneurs, employees, representatives of the authorities and the scientific community in the field of process optimization, costs and resource use through the broadly understood concept of Outsourcing.

Goals

  • Activities for the development of the economy and science, in particular in the area of outsourcing and modern business services activities in Poland.
  • Active support for development and investment activities as well as optimal use of corporate and public sector resources.
  • Running a platform for constructive and beneficial for all cooperation between entrepreneurs, employees, representatives of the authorities and the scientific community in the field of process optimization, costs and resource utilization by using the opportunities offered by the broadly understood formula of outsourcing.
  • Support for various forms of social activity, substantive and economically justified actions influencing the development of regions and cities as well as strengthening local labor markets.
  • Support for other organizations with the same or similar goals.

Wiktor Doktór CEO Pro Progressio

An outstanding expert in the outsourcing and shared service centers industry. He specializes in many areas related to modern business services, including BPO, R&D, ITO, Call Contact Center as well as nearshoring and offshoring.

He is one of the most important outsourcing personalities in Poland and has been awarded many times for his contribution to the development of the business services sector in Poland. Wiktor and Pro Progressio are partners in Poland for the German Outsourcing Association, IAOP, Global Sourcing Association and other international outsourcing organizations.

Author of many publications on outsourcing, podcaster and moderator of discussions on the development of the business services sector in Poland and Europe. In his podcast, "BSS bez tajemnic (BSS without secrets)" shares industry knowledge and invites to discussion people who, through their activities and knowledge, significantly affect the development of the BSS sector in Poland.

Dariusz Doktór Chairman of the Pro Progressio Foundation Council Pro Progressio
Master's degree in law, doctor of organization and management sciences. An expert in the fields of leasing, auditing and consulting activities in the field of development, restructuring and rehabilitation of enterprises. Academic lecturer, long-time member of supervisory boards of Polish and Lithuanian companies, including PHZ Baltona, Agromaz, Gazotech, UAB Interleasing.

Henryk Dąbrowski Member of the Pro Progressio Foundation Council Pro Progressio

Master of pedagogy. In the years 1967–1993 he worked for state offices and institutions, press agencies and trade organizations. In the years 1993–2005, he was a member of the Management Board of the 'Fair Play' Sport Police Foundation. From 1996 to June 2019, director of the Polish Chamber of Alarm Systems.

A member of the Pro Progressio Foundation Council since December 2012.

Andrzej Świątecki Member of the Pro Progressio Foundation Council Pro Progressio

A graduate of studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, where at the Institute of Organization and Management he obtained a master's degree in engineering. From the early 1970s, his career was connected with journalism. In several press titles of the RSW "Press-Book-Movement" concern he had various editorial functions and also conducted extensive journalistic activity. Since 1989, he has been associated with the Institute of Journalism of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw, where he is an academic teacher. There he also obtained a PhD in humanities in the field of social communication. He lectures on subjects such as : "Organization and management", "Marketing", "Systems engineering", "Brand building", "Coaching and mentoring".

As part of the Pro Progressio Foundation, he conducts educational activities in the field of effective communication training, environmental analysis and shaping social competences.

Barbara Bojewska Chairwoman of the Pro Progressio Program Council Pro Progressio

Barbara Bojewska, PhD. Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics. As part of her research, she deals with the issues of managing small and medium-sized enterprises; entrepreneurship in management; management of innovative projects; project management and business competitiveness as well as strategic human resource management.

From April 2013, she is the Chairwoman of the Program Board of the Pro Progressio Foundation.

Krzysztof Pietraszkiewicz Member of the Pro Progressio Program Council Pro Progressio

President of the Polish Bank Association. A graduate of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Wrocław and Postgraduate Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking. From 1991 associated with the ZBP. Member of the Bank Guarantee Fund Council, Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Biuro Informacji Kredytowej S.A. From April 2002 until July 2003, chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKO BP S.A. He represented the banking sector in the Commission for Banking Supervision since the beginning of 1998. Director of the Office and then General Director of the Polish Bank Association. From April 2003, he is the President of the Polish Bank Association.

Member of the Program Board of the Pro Progressio Foundation since April 2014. Supports the development of the Foundation's activities and the implementation of its statutory objectives.

Mateusz Chudzik Member of the Pro Progressio Program Council Pro Progressio

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz, legal advisor entered on the list of legal advisors of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Łódź; partner in the Chudzik i Wspólnicy Radcowie Prawni law firm Specializes in company law. At the Law Firm, he manages a team dealing with comprehensive legal services for transformations, mergers and restructuring. He is the proxy of foreign companies with subsidiaries in Poland. He also advises clients operating in the Real Estate and BPO sectors.

From April 2013, a member of the Program Board of the Pro Progressio Foundation.
